Club
terms.

Who can join

• Clients of Stratosphere Records who have their sign-up code. The Club is free. We do not charge for it and do not run ads in it.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up.
• One account per person. Keep your login to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account.

What you post

• Your photos, music, messages and profile stay yours.
• By posting, you let us show and store them inside the Club so members can see them, and make the copies needed to do that (for example, a smaller picture). We never sell your content and never use it in ads.
• If we would like to share something you posted outside the Club, such as on our Instagram, we ask you first.
• Only post what is yours to share. If other people are in a photo or on a track, make sure they are fine with it.
• Ask us and we will delete your account and everything you posted. Copies in backups are cleared over time.

Club rules

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate or bullying.
• Nothing illegal, and no nude or sexual content.
• No spam, scams or selling to people who did not ask.
• Do not share another member’s private messages or details without their OK.
• Use Report on anything that breaks these rules. You can also block any member.

What we can do

• We can remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend or close an account that does, with or without warning.
• We can change, pause or end the Club. If we end it, we will tell members first when we can, so you can save what you posted.

Your privacy

• We keep your email, your profile, and what you post and send in the Club. That is all we need to run it.
• Private messages are seen only by the people in that chat. We look at them only when a member reports them or the law requires it.
• We never sell your information. More detail is in our privacy policy.

No promises beyond this

The Club comes “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and your posts safe, but we cannot promise it will never go down or lose something. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what members post or for indirect losses.

The rest

• North Carolina law applies.
• If we change these terms, we will post the new version in the Club. Using the Club after that means you accept them.
